Over at the excellent food blog, Jaden’s Steamy Kitchen, is a review of the No Knead Bread recipe that was featured in the nytimes.com a while ago. Better still, Jaden provides instructions so simple to follow, even a 4 year old can do it (and she has photos to prove it). If nothing else, have a good read of the recipe:

Smart People I Know 
My no-knead bread did not turn out so well. For one thing, we could not get it out of the pot. We had to tear off pieces, a little at a time. Also the dough was very wet before baking. It stayed on the counter, covered, in a warm place, overnight (for about 12 hours.) Does anyone have a clue as to what I did wrong?
What type of flour did you use? Was it cake, all purpose, or unbleached?
